Recently, our photographic inspection system for composite materials has been installed and debugged in the customer's laboratory. The technical team cooperated with the customer's engineers to verify the equipment installation location, sample preparation, impact test, phase structure observation, hardness testing and other links one by one to ensure that the system meets the daily testing requirements of the composite laboratory.
From the on-site debugging, the functions of the equipment are running normally and the operation process is smooth, which can cover the key links of composite materials from sample preparation to performance testing. Customers also gave positive feedback on the equipment structure, test efficiency and human-computer interaction experience.
During this debugging, technicians focused on the on-site confirmation of equipment installation accuracy, motion stability, test repeatability and operational safety. Through the actual sample test and parameter adjustment, the running state of the equipment is further optimized, which lays the foundation for the subsequent formal operation.
The composite photographic testing system is mainly composed of composite sample preparation module, mechanical property testing module, phase structure observation module and hardness testing module, which can help customers' laboratories to complete the work of composite sample pretreatment, impact toughness testing, microstructure observation and hardness testing. The system is suitable for R&D and quality control scenarios in the fields of carbon fiber composites, thermosetting/thermoplastic composites, aerospace materials and high-end equipment materials.
Our company will continue to provide follow-up technical support, operation training and after-sales service to ensure the long-term stable operation of customers' equipment, help customers to carry out related experiments of composite material testing and improve the hardware conditions of laboratory quality control.
